Phoenix Metro Homes For Sale

Don't Be Left Out In The Cold!

I wish I bought in 2011!  Don't be left out in the cold.  Many people are going to be saying "I wish I bought in 2011".  There are still many people on the fence, thinking about buying property, but not sure if now is the time.  It is a great time to buy! Property values will be increasing, likely soon.  Some areas have already seen some increases.  Indicators for the Phoenix Metro Area are all positive.  A year ago the same indicators were negative.  It is definitely time to buy so don’t be left out in the cold!

We are seeing investors snatch up so many properties that some lender owned sellers are not allowing investors to place an offer in the first 10-15 days.  This is allowing a buyer that will be living in the home to buy a home.  There were so many buyers making offers and not getting them due to the Investors paying cash, that some of the lender/sellers did this to give the buyers a chance to actually get a home.

Additionally, most of the best properties are getting multiple offers.  There is a lot of activity on these homes, so don’t be left out in the cold.  There is a rush of people buying homes and this will increase as more and more people start feeling comfortable with the improving market.  It could be like a babbling brook.  As more streams join in, it picks up more speed.  Which as this happens in real estate the market prices will increase and those who wait lose out.

Don’t miss this opportunity to buy low!  Don’t be in the group of people that say “I wish I bought in 2011!  Buy now!
